Because corruption
by extreme money
is the core threat of our time.
We’re facing so much, all at once: the rise of AI, the violation of our privacy, the exploitation of children. The loss of our safety nets, the ruin of our environment, runaway debt. Inflating prices, gutting of medical science, horrors in foreign countries. Masked men with guns are terrorizing our communities. It’s coming from all sides. It’s terrifying and heartbreaking all at once.
In the middle of all of this, we look at each other and ask, “What do we do?” This feels different. Everything is so extreme. And our families, friends, and neighbors, our best minds, our best leaders—we’re all feeling at a loss. As we struggle to figure out what we can do, it also feels like the chance to make things right is vanishing.
It may seem like we’re just dealing with clashing agendas of politicians and political parties. But the real reason is that all Americans are now at the mercy of people with truly inconceivable amounts of money. These people can pursue any horrible agenda, some acting as reckless individuals, and others taking control of our government. And Americans suffer the consequences. We have to understand this danger and stand united to say, “Enough!”
Corruption by extreme money is the core threat of our time.
