S5: We Can Restrain the Wrongdoing of Counts

We can restrain the wrongdoing of Counts. When entitled Counts wield extreme money, they often don’t know when to stop. Americans need rules and protectors equal to the predatory power of Counts. The more lethal the extreme money, the stronger the safeguards we need. That’s how we rein in the power of the Counting Class and keep America in healthy balance.

Americans can say, “Enough!” to the out-of-control, extreme Money Counts of elite, entitled Counts. Contributing Americans can renew the promise of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, free from the corruption of extreme money, as we:

1

Build up protectors as powerful as Counts. Our American governments are not equipped to defend Americans against the extreme money of the Counting Class. We can work to make our protectors at least equal to the power of Counts. That way, our justice system can ensure Counts follow the rules and are punished for wrongdoing.

2

Make Counts take “no” for an answer. Americans already say “no” to slavery and “no” to sex trafficking. We can say some things are not for collecting and selling, like our personal data, our natural resources, and our public options. We can make Counts take “no” for an answer when they don’t know when to stop.

3

Regulate the radical imbalance. Where we don’t have effective rules and regulations, Counts can take free advantage. We can regulate the radical imbalance of money in America, in areas like media, business, and elections. And for extreme abuses by Counts, we can make sure that the scale of a penalty fits the size of the wrongdoer.

On the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the Big Woods Declaration (BWD) renews the call for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, free from the corruption of extreme money.

The BWD is a First Amendment petition to the American people and our government. It is not limited to any political party or group.

The BWD is a total of 60 pages: the Core Declaration (4 pages), the 13 Notes, the 27 Dangers to America, and the 16 Solutions for America.
